PARK RULES
- Fox Cove is for the use and enjoyment of Fox Ridge residents and their guests only.
- Children under the age of eight (8) must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
- Fox Cove closes at sunset, except for HOA functions.
- No more than one child on each swing or slide at a time.
- No throwing of sticks, gravel, or rocks.
- Respect other children's right to use the equipment.
- Members will be responsible for damages caused by their children or guests.
- Discard trash in the receptacle or take it with you when you leave. Help keep Fox Cove clean.
About Community Events
- Most association events are held at Fox Cove.
- All residents are welcome at any community gathering*.
- Weather may affect some events.
- Cancelled events may or may not be rescheduled.
- We aim to create events that are family friendly, age inclusive, and engaging.
- Safety is a priority at all get togethers. Residents are expected to follow park rules, and monitor their children.
- HOA dues are not used for social events.
*Only association members may attend board and annual meetings.
