Fox Ridge Homeowners Association

The 2026 Annual Meeting of Members is Sunday, June 14th at 7:00 pm. The meeting is held at the pavilion in Fox Cove, located on Fox Hunt Trail. 


Formal meeting notification and documents will be mailed to the address of record. 


Please plan to attend. Nominations for the board are made at this meeting. A minimum 10% owner attendance is required to conduct association business. If you cannot attend the meeting please complete your proxy, and email to FOXRIDGEVAHOA@GMAIL.COM


The proxy is a document that grants authority to someone else to vote on your behalf at the Annual meeting, if you won't be attending. You can authorize another association member who will attend, or assign your vote to a board member.

ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS

Article III of Fox Ridge bylaws reads, "regular annual meetings of the members shall be held on the same day of the same month each year (2nd Sunday in June), at the hour of 7:00pm. If the day of the annual meeting of the members is a legal holiday, the meeting will be held at the same hour on the first day following which is not a legal holiday."  Written notice of this meeting will be mailed, postage paid, at least 15 days prior, to each member entitled to vote, at the address that last appeared on the books of the Association, or supplied by such member to the Association for the purpose of notice. The notice will specify the place, day, and hour of the meeting.


A Nominating Committee, appointed prior to the meeting will make as many nominations to the Board of Directors as it determines necessary, but not less than the number of vacancies that are to be filled. Nominations may be made for the floor at the meeting.


At all meetings of members, each member may vote in person or by written proxy. A proxy  allows an alternate (usually the association secretary) to cast your vote at the meeting. Proxies must be in writing and filed with the secretary prior to Call to Order at each meeting. Every proxy shall be revocable and automatically cease upon conveyance by the member of his lot.


The meeting requires a quorum, 10 members, to conduct Association business.  If such quorum is not present the meeting will adjourn, until a quorum shall be present or represented by proxy.
