Architectural Revision

Fox Ridge Articles of Incorporation (Article IV), and Bylaws (Article IX), require a committee to review and approve exterior alterations to any home and/or lot. The specific purpose is to maintain community aesthetics and structural integrity. The review ensures consistency and some uniformity throughout the neighborhood, which helps maintain curb appeal, and protect property values. Any construction must be completed within 12 months of approval.

The committee will NOT ensure compliance with building codes or secure necessary permits. That is the responsibility 

of the homeowner.
