How DO I get involved?
Get involved by joining a committee or starting a club. If you're interested in gardening, social events, or have an idea for a new group, let us know. Send an email to FOXRIDGEVAHOA@gmail.com.
How much are HOA dues?
Fox Ridge dues are paid annually. These fees pay for common area mowing, maintenance of association assets, including the pavilion, swings, picnic tables, and bulletin board, insurance, the website, and bookkeeping. Additionally, the association is required to deposit funds into a reserve account. As of January 2026, the annual dues, payable no later than March 1st, are $160.
How do I schedule curbside pick up for trash?
Trash pick up is not included in your annual dues. You can arrange service with one of the following companies, or another. Your provider will supply a trash bin if you do not already have one.

Alternatively, you may take your trash/recycling to the Convenience Center located at 1204 Jolly Pond Rd. They are open Sunday - Saturday from 7am- 5pm. There is a service fee.

What if I don't want to be in the HOA?
Membership is mandatory in any community with a HOA.
Prior to purchase, your realtor should have acquired a copy of Fox Ridge Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for your review. Your purchase agreement and deed, indicate your acceptance of those terms, create your membership, and bind you to the CC&Rs.

HOW TO PAY DUES
Invoices are mailed to the address of record in early January. Annual dues of $160.00 are payable, by check or money order, no later than March 1st of each year. You will receive a statement verifying payment for your records.

Past due accounts will be charged, according to the bylaws (Article XI, amended June 5th, 1999) a late fee of $25, and 12% annual interest, beginning March 31st, on the last day of every month with a past due balance. Unpaid dues will be pursued using all lawful means, up to and including foreclosure. Upon purchase, owners are members of the Association, required to pay dues, and abide by HOA rules.
