Fox Ridge dues are paid annually. These fees pay for common area mowing, maintenance of association assets, including the pavilion, swings, picnic tables, and bulletin board, insurance, the website, and bookkeeping. Additionally, the association is required to deposit funds into a reserve account. As of January 2026, the annual dues, payable no later than March 1st, are $160.

Trash pick up is not included in your annual dues. You can arrange service with one of the following  companies, or another. Your provider will supply a trash bin if you do not already have one.

Alternatively, you may take your trash/recycling to the Convenience Center located at 1204 Jolly Pond Rd. They are open Sunday - Saturday from 7am- 5pm. There is a service fee.

Membership is mandatory in any community with a HOA. 

Prior to purchase, your realtor should have acquired a copy of Fox Ridge Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for your review.  Your purchase agreement and deed, indicate your acceptance of those terms, create your membership, and bind you to the CC&Rs.
